With this vision in mind, the company organized a leadership training program titled “Enhancing Leadership through the Thai Enneagram” for our employees and key organizational leaders. The training was held on 9–10 May 2025 at Kantary Hotel, Lamtakong 3 Conference Room, led by
Asst. Prof. Dr. Thawan Niamsub and his expert team, who shared their deep knowledge of the Enneagram and self-development practices.
Understanding Yourself and Others: The Beginning of True Leadership
The Enneagram is a powerful framework for understanding personality and inner motivations, categorizing human behaviors into nine types (Ennea = 9, Gram = model/pattern). This course was specially designed to align with the Thai context, combining real-life experiences with in-depth learning tools.
The training content helped participants to:
- Gain deeper self-awareness – recognizing personal strengths, weaknesses, and behavioral patterns that influence decision-making and communication.
