We’ve always believed that our people are what make Bags and Gloves Co., Ltd. successful. On March 7th, 2026, we hit pause on the daily grind and headed to the coast of Pattaya for our Annual Outing. It was a much-needed break designed to bring our headquarters and factory teams together to relax and reconnect.
Connecting Outside the Office
It’s easy to get stuck in our own bubbles during the work week. This trip was about breaking those walls down. By leaving the office and the factory floor behind, we gave everyone a chance to meet the people they usually only talk to over email or the phone.
Stepping into the sea breeze at Pattaya helped us:
- Shake off work stress in a comfortable, natural setting.
- Build real trust that goes beyond just finishing a task.
- Strengthen our culture of growing together as one solid team.
Teamwork and a Bit of Competition
We stayed at the Bayphere Hotel Pattaya, where we jumped into a series of team-building games. These weren’t just for fun—though there was plenty of laughter—they were designed to get us thinking and solving problems together.
Seeing colleagues from different departments collaborate to win a game is the best way to build familiarity. Those small moments of connection make a huge difference in how we coordinate and support each other once we’re back at work.

An Evening by the Sea
As the sun started to set, we gathered for an outdoor BBQ buffet. With live music from a Trio Band playing in the background, the atmosphere was incredibly warm. It was a chance to sit down, share a meal, and talk about things other than work. These are the moments that build a real sense of belonging within the company.

Moving Forward as One
We wrapped up the two-day trip with some local souvenir shopping and a final lunch before heading home.
The Annual Outing 2026 reminded us that a strong company isn’t just about the products we make; it’s about the people who make them. We’re heading back to work with fresh energy, better friendships, and a clear reminder that we are all moving forward together as one team.
